Join James Godwin for Tai Chi teaching that starts with structure: how you stand, shift weight, breathe, and move with coordination before trying to perform the form.
What to expect
These classes focus on body mechanics, stepping, timing, and breathing so the form makes sense in your body. You do not need previous experience or unusual flexibility. You only need patience and a willingness to learn gradually.
